What You Need
Minimum 25 years of age and Eligible to work in the US
Possess a valid CDL Class A License
No DWI, DUI convictions within the last 5 years
No major preventable accident within the past 2 years
No more than one driver’s license suspension in the past 3 years
Applicant must provide at least 2 years of verifiable driving experiences
Applicant must pass a DOT physical and DOT controlled substance and alcohol testing
